The main floor kitchen opens up to a large living room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and a wet bar with wine fridge. The first floor includes a guest room with full bed for additional sleeping or living space, along with a full bath. Upstairs there is a laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional loft room. In addition, the backyard is perfect for relaxing after the beach! The grass area backs up to common space perfect for setting up volleyball or a game of croquet. The front porch includes Adirondack chairs, perfect for your morning cup of coffee. Additional upgrades to the home include kitchen island chairs, 4 bikes, and a grill.
This recently built home is in the Ocean View Beach Club neighborhood with walking distance to the clubhouse and all community amenities. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, billiards, fitness room, spa, and shuttle to the beach. The Assawoman canal and beautiful community trails provide access to canoeing, kayaking, fishing, as well as running or biking to the beach.
What's nearby: The Bethany Beach boardwalk, South Coastal Library, Sea Colony Resort, Bluecoast Seafood Grill, Bethany Blues, The Cottage Cafe, and Bethany Boathouse are all a short drive away. There are many fun activities to be enjoyed in the towns of Bethany and Ocean View, including the Bayside Tennis Club, Bear Trap Dunes golf course, Bethany Beach Town Center, miniature golf, and fantastic boutique shopping.
In the summer the Bethany Boardwalk hosts live music, entertainment, and movies throughout the week. The Shore Family Fun Center is located in the Bethany Town Center, where the kids can play while the adults dine nearby. The neighboring towns of Fenwick Island, Ocean City, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach are all within a short drive offering an abundance of attractions.

The rental contract, security deposit ($200) and 50% down is collected upon booking, remaining is due at time of rental.
